First time customers to our service before we start we need to get you up and running on our database system so please call customer service (02) 9516 1130 to arrange someone to come and see you and to receive an application form.

To all our existing customers orders must be placed MONDAY – FRIDAY before 3:00 pm on the day prior to your delivery. Weekend orders for SATURDAY & SUNDAY before 2:30 pm. Also special ordering times will apply for public holidays please check with us if you have not received notification a week before. We will not be trading on public holidays.

We advise you to place your orders at the noted times to ensure you receive the correct order and will not experience any delays with your delivery.

Ordering Procedure :

1)      You may place your orders directly by phone (02) 9516 1130 between : Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday before 2:30 pm (if all lines are busy we do provide a 24 hour answering machine service for you to leave your orders please date which date you would require your delivery)

2)      You may also fax through your order before 3:00 pm (02) 9516 1135

Minimum Ordering :

Like with every business there are costs involved in running it, due to delivery, other suppliers, packaging & administration fees, so we ask our customers to have a minimum daily order per delivery is $25.00. However we are prepared to support new customers as you might not meet the minimum for a reasonable time until your business is established also with your sales & build up a reputation.
